Kat just laughs, not minding being tackled or the cold seeping through her clothes from the snow. "Be careful, your back's still pretty bad, isn't it?" She says, though she did not lose her happier demeanor.

"Yup. I'm probably gonna have the worst scars yet. But Hey, I'm going to hell anyway aren't I?" Shadow laughed quoting midnight moon a 1720's play. He got up off her and ran out farther away from the house leaping into the snow over and over, rolling around like a child.

Kat just stands and calmly walks in the same direction, not losing her smile.

Shadow tackles Kat again this time from behind using his speed to sneak up behind her. "MINE!" He yells taking her down and laughing once more. "Jeez Kat I haven't played in the snow since my mom was alive." He said joyously looking upon her, his eyes kind

Kat laughs with him. "I haven't played in the snow since forever ago too." She says, eyes bright as she looks up at him with a warm smile. "Was by where my sisters house is, but before it was built." She recalls cheerfully.

"I see." He said laughing again allowing his head to fall back into the snow a his body slowly went numb, a welcome sensation to him.

Kat lays down next to him, quickly feeling her wings going numb as she watched the sky calmly, falling into silence.

"This" Shadow said gesturing towards the grey sky, "Is perfect This moment in time. This numbness. This color. This...peace." He said dreamily, snow starting to drift from the sky.

"Yeah, it's pretty perfect." Kat replies, random thoughts fluttering through her mind as she stared at the sky. She shivers however, the cold beginning to get to her.

Shadow sat up, the snow having covered his hair and pants. "You wanna go in? I'm getting cold...Then again....I'm not wearing a shirt..." Shadow said as if just noticing it himself.

Kat sits up as well. "Yeah, I'm getting cold too." She says, again wrapping a leathery wing around him after using it to brush some snow off of him then wrapping the other as much around herself as she could.

Shadow walked closer to Kat grateful to have her wing around him as they walked to the house. He snaked his arm around their waist as they walked and he began couching for a moment a bit of blood staingin the snow. "Sorry." He whispered his throat beginning to hurt awfully. He tried to clean is mouth out best he could though remnants of blood remained splattered on his face, oblivious to him.

"Y-you alright?" Kat asks, a bit scared now.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Three carved some stuf into my chest and it slowly sinks through my chest until it comes up unfortunately like that. Just a spell. Don't worry." He said his voice scratchy. They got back to the house and Shadow spit some more in the sink rinsing his mouth out repeatedly. "i'm alright." He breathed his voice returning to normal. "She carved a lot of things into me that will be happening rather often." He said tiredly. He pulled on a hoodie still unaware of the now dry blood on his face and he sat on the couch tiredly.

Kat grabs a towel and wets it before coming over and gently working to wipe the blood off his face. "Alright. And you've got blood on your face, hold still for a second." She replies gently while working on a splotch.

"T-thanks.." Shadow said blushing gently. He sat stone still as she wiped the blood from his face.

After a minute Kat nods, satisfied with her work. "There, all gone." She says with a soft smile.

"Th-thanks.." He repeated again snapping out of the weird trance he had been in. He just kinda stared at her for a moment not sure what to say or do though perfectly content for the second time in less than ten minutes.

Kat couldn't help it. She gives him a quick peck on the cheek before setting down the towel and sitting by him, a slight bit of pink in her eyes and hair streak. "No problem~" she says happily, facing him.

Shadow blushed a little harder and relaxed bit yawning tiredly. "So I think we should, well I should go to the council to have this fixed by Friday and I can get there in no time at all and I think I should be back by Saturday so I should leave Friday night." Shadow said working things out in his head.

"And today's what? Monday? Tuesday? I forget..." Kat says, thinking.
(gotta go take a shower, brb)

(Kk) "Tuesday." Shadow said simply. I'll have to go buy some stuff tomorrow to make more robes and gifts and I gotta do something with this." Shadow explained running a hand through his hair.

Kat nods. "Alright." She replies.

Shadow yawns again and stands firefly. "I'm gonna Got to bed it's getting early." He said scratch his ribs. Shadow went upstairs pulled on a new t shirt discarding his hoodie and fell into bed.

Kat follows soon after. Changing into her sleep clothes in the bathroom before quietly coming into his room and curling up next to him.
