Kat remains asleep, sitting against the couch, completely wrapped in her wings.

Shadow finally reached the end of this bout and looked to himself in the mirror. His face had been spattered with blood and the white jeans he had been wearing were more likely to turn neon pink then ever be white again. He rinsed the sink out and wiped up the floor cleaning the room as well as his face as best he could. Shadow rinsed out his mouth and went back downstairs, throat burning, and went back to sleep by Kat.

Katia stays curled up, her tail twitching slightly as she slept, leaning against the couch.

Shadow woke the next morning his head throbbing. He simply stared about the room trying assimilate a complex thought though didn't get far before feeling sick agian. He ran upstair repeating his actions from the previous night.

Kat wakes at the noise this time, momentarily stunned because of her nightmare, but then hearing Shadow and getting up to check on him. "You alright?" She asks, worried.

"I'm ok mom. It's just a bug." Shadow said his eyes having glassed over before the first time. He wiped his mouth on his arm leaving a dark red stain and he began cleaning the room up again. "You sleep well or did Cori keep you up again?" Shadow asked, his voice sounding only slightly deeper than the last time the loop came around.

Kat realized what was going on and thought it best to not reply. She goes back to simply making sure he didn't do anything stupid, watching from a distance.

Shadow finished cleaning the bathroom and pulled of his shirt. He walked through the house bumping into things as if drunks as he tried to find the laundry room. He threw his shirt and jeans into the wash and stumbled back upstairs in his underwear oblivious to everything. "Anne Marie I'm not wearing pants stay in your room." Shadow muttered as he walked down the hall. He pulled on some jeans and fell onto his bed moaning tiredly.

Shadow woke about ten minutes earlier and popped his neck going off to make some coffee. "Hey Kat." Shadow said passing her int he halls.

Kat sighs. "Hey." She says, following shortly.
"We don't have much time left..." Sne can't help but think, finding Bella's poisons again, holding a few in her hand. She needed to start coating her scythe in the stuff.

"Ok, lemme just put some clean clothes .....on..." Shadow said looking at his jeans slightly confused. He shrugged and pulled on a shirt and his hoodie looping the many pouches around his belt. He also slipped the living-metal plates on in case he had an opportunity. "I'm ready whenever you are Love." Shadow said his voice more chipper than he had meant it to come across.

"We still have some time. At least a few hours..." Kat says a bit nervously going over what she had to to before. "I'm going to use some of this poison Bella gave me outside. You can join me, just don't touch the stuff. " Kat continues, seeming a bit uneasy as she took out her scythe and headed outside to apply a coat of poison. She opens one of the bottles, a sharp smell eminating from it, and begins to coat her scythe's larger blade in the stuff, pouring it over the metal sparingly.

Shadow watched holding his breath, watching curiously as she dusted her blade. He tried to identify the substance though without smell it would be next to impossible and he decided against to breathing in poison.

Kat goes over it a few times before closing the bottle again, leaving enough to go over her claws. She carefully sets her blade down, leaving the bottle next to it. "Alright, that's done." Kat says. "Now I guess... I can put on my armor... Bleh, why can't demons just be peaceful..." She continues, still nervous and uneasy.

"I don't know why can't all bygons be equal?" Shadow asked, mimicking her tone. He adjusted the bags on her belt dipping his finger into one of them and bringing it to his lips, tasting the sweet gold dust."Need some help?" Shadow asked eyeing the armor.

"-er, yeah, if you want to." She answers in a lighter tone, beginning to pull out pieces.

Shadow slides the chest piece over her head surprised with the lightness of the piece. "Man your dad's is good this stuff is crazy light!" Shadow said Handing her another piece of metal he was unable to identify.

"Yeah, he's been working with metals and making armor for at least a century now." Kat replies, taking the piece and snapping it in place with something already on her arm. "Hey, er- can you help me put all those little pieces on my tail? and the blade too." She asks, adjusting something on her arm.

"Yeah," Shadow said putting the armor on as best as he knew how securing it as he thought it worked. He sat back on his haunches looking the piece over. "Like that?" Shadow asked

Kat looks over and nods. "yeah, perfect~” She confirms lightly. The little silver plates now on her tail melted into the pattern of the plates on her back, creating complex silver shapes down her spine until they blended into the blade on the tip of her tail. The rest of her armor was mainly black, the silver only highlighting patterns of sharp teeth and sections of the skirt-like pieces that hung from her waist down to just above her knees. "Alright... that's done..." She says quietly.

"So now what.." Shadow asked the reality of the fight finally hitting him.

She takes a shaky breath, trying to stay calm. "I'm going to go outside to coat my claws in that poison... Th-then I guess we'll head down to arena 4." She answers, her eyes giving away inner fear, little yellow splotches shining bright against the purple.

"Ok." Shadow said with a sigh. He double checked the bags round is waist and took his hoodie on and off nervously. Shadow looked over in teh mirror changing his eyes from the usual grey to a bright blue to red to green purely trying to understand how this could be useful at all.

She comes back inside in a little bit, scythe in hand, fully prepared for the fight. Though her posture showed her nervousness and her fear. "A-alright... I guess we should get going then..." She says, voice sounding a bit scared.
