Shadow went into the bathroom and forced himself to pull his eyelid up over his eye. The weak white flesh had been totally torn in two pieces. He frowned sadly knowing he would have to take it out or it would become infected. He released his eyelid and went over to Kat. "Hey." HE said brushing away a stray stream of blood.

"H-hey..." She wheezes quietly, voice barely loud enough to hear. She was looking pale again, huddled up on the couch, eyes closed. "Are you okay?" She asks voice a bit shaky from worry.

"I'm close enough. " He said taking his hand in hers. "Get some rest Kat. I'll be right Here. I don;t think anyone's going anywhere." Shadow said. He didn't want her to be awake when he took out his eye. He didn't want her to worry about him. He didn't want her to hear him scream.

"A-alright." She speaks near inaudibly inbetween shallow wheezes, trusting his words. Then her whole body was shook by more painful coughs, blood still coming up as the pain in her lungs only worsened, and she struggled to breath inbetween coughs.

Shadow got up getting a clean cloth and giving it to her to catch the blood if she so chose to do so. HE got her a glass of water and set it on the coffee table for her, taking his place next to her again, trying to assist her in whatever way he could.

She holds the cloth over her mouth, staining it with the blood tha was coming up. It takes longer than before, but eventually she stops coughing, curling up a bit tighter. Distortion was gone, having muttered something and went outside, and Ram was watching the window for his owner. Alyssium peeks inside again, not sure if now was the best time to be here.

"Alyss come on in." Shadow said beckoning to him. He kept a hand on Kat's arm as he sat on the floor beside her. Shadow rinsed out the cloth and Set it within reach for Kat. He was still covered in Kat's blood and some of his own graced his face though he wasn't aware of his startling appearance. He only prayed for Kat to fall asleep so he could tend to his eye and such things including addressing Canus who now sat in the kitchen curled up in his human form next to Sunny, asleep on the tile.

Alyss nervously walks inside, fur sticking up a bit. "...I-is she okay?" He asks quietly while she begins to drift off again, breaths faint. The werecat sits, fur sticking up more. He looks between shadow and Katia, eyes wide with worry. "Are you okay!?"

"She'll be fine. Got in a fight." Shadow said totally ignoring his second question. He ran a hand through his hair giving up in the middle as his hair was only stuck together. "Them My dad showed up and he was just here for no reason I don't even know how he got here." Shadow said a still smile on his face. "What have you been up to lately?" Shadow asked.

"You know... Helping out my family... Just got the chance to leave actually..." He replies quietly, shifting into his more human form. He had a warm coat around him this time. It was lavender, with pink fur lining it, and strips of pink on the back of it. He scratches his face, making sure not to touch a dark bruise on his jaw.

Shadow watched Alyss carefully. "What happened?" Shadow said tapping his bloodstained jaw. His clothing began to stick to him and he glanced back and forth to Kat and Alyss to see if she had fallen asleep yet.
(srry late reply. :/ was at a party my mum made me go to. :3 am back now tho.)

Alyss seems to get a bit uneasy when the bruise is mentioned. "Something that happened on a mission I had helped with. Got too close to the demon and got hit." He says carefully, looking down as he messed with the zipper of his jacket, making sure it was zipped all the way up.
(Alyss, nuuu, dun be like this.)

Shadow rubbed his hand up his face angrily. "Alyss if you are telling me you were there when I got shot and when they were attacking Kat's sister I'm going to skin you and feed your soul to Canus and whatever is left of you to Sunny for a treat." Shadow warned. his voice deep and angry.

Alyssium looks at his lap. "I-I wasn't saying that..." He replies quietly,. Shadow was starting to scare him, and he wondered why he had come back at all. He nervously pulls at his sleeves, making sure they covered him.

"You know what...the past is the past. Sorry I-I'm just a little tense..." Shadow said trying to determine if Kat had fallen asleep yet.

"O-Okay..." He says, not looking up. Kat was near asleep, the conversation fuzzy in her ears, but still keeping her awake. She weakly wraps her torn wing around herself, feeling cold.

Shadow saw her attempt and pulled a heavy fur blanket over her taking her hand in his again sitting in the same bloodstained patch of carpet as before so as not to make anything worse.

Katia drifts off, holding his hand weakly, her tail curled around her. Alyssium kept his gaze on the floor nervously, though he seemed to be falling asleep again.

Shadow pull his hand away and goes outside. With no warning he pull out his pocket knife and cut out his eye with the flip of his wrist. He shoved his shirt into his mouth stifling the loud screams that ran from between his lips. He squirmed about on the ground for a minute before stopping, breathing strained and heavy. Fresh blood streamed from his eye socket and he sat in the now stained snow sobbing for a moment.

Alyssium is jerked from his drowsiness, not even realizing he had started to drift off himself, and that Shadow had left. He watches nervously from the door, the fur on his tail sticking up.

Shadow gets up a few minutes later walking inside. He went upstairs and got in the shower immediately, the red water swirling about int the bottom of the tub as he washed all the dried blood off his skin. He was careful to clean his eye thoroughly. He got out of the shower and dried himself off. He dressed and went back into teh bathroom looking at the empty eye socket. HE grabbed a needle and thread and stitched teh empty hole closed seeming to cry while doing so.

Joker came back to the house, calmer than before, but still seeming a tad uneasy. He sat outside, telling Ram to stay away from him for a bit. Alyssium had curled up with Kat, back in his cat form.

Shadow finished stitching his eye closed and put away everything, heading back downstairs. He got some bleach and began cleaning up the blood in the carpet, not looking at anyone directly.

Alyssium had fallen asleep again without realizing it. Ram walks back inside, then comes over to Shadow. "Need any help?" He asks.

Shadow didn't look at him but nods slightly handing him a cloth and moving the tub of bleach in between both of them.
