Shadow takes the box. "Thanks Katia really I appreciate everything. And Yeah we'll be here again soon. Promise. " Shadow said placing the box under his arm. "Be careful ok?" Shadow added.
(Bleh. Sorry for late reply am finishing up science fair.)

"Yeah, I will be, see you soon~" She replies happily before Katia takes Shadows hand and takes them back to the circle of symbols on Shadows porch.
(tis alright~ I still need to find mine >.< Though I have an idea...)

Shadow opened his front door that had been left unlocked and stepped inside. "I'm gonna go grab a shower and get changed and we can head into town. We'll have to go during the day of everything will be closed at Night. We have about three hours to sunrise so take your time." Shadow said with a smile. He went upstairs and got in the shower relishing the warmth of the water. He got dressed into a light navy blue t shirt, some jeans and his hoodie. Shadow combed out his hair and put a wide brimmed base ball cap on before sliding into his shoes.

Katia goes upstairs and grabs her bag, looking through it for a bit before deciding on a white shirt with long, checkered sleeves and some grey jeans. She opens the box her sister gave her and smiles widely as she pulls out a long, white scarf with different tile-like sections of what seemed to be the same white cloth. She lightly touches one of the tiles and it changes to match her eyes and hair, reacting to her like her old scarf did. She slips it on, covering her neck, and taps a few multicolored patterns into the long ends of the scarf, which reached down to her ankles.
(whoop! new scarf!)

Shadow remembered his box and retrieved it from his bed. "What's in this thing?"
(Idk what she made...idc pick anything. Shadows in a really good mood rn)

Inside the box laid a pair of long striped gloves and a matching beanie.

Shadow slipped on the gloves immediately as well as the beanie loving them instantly. He stepped outside his room. "These are really cool I'll have to thank your sister next time I see her." Shadow said excitedly. "I gotta drink something or I'm gonna pass out.." Shadow said suddenly feeling lightheadedness. He skipped down stairs and grabbed two unmarked silver cans downing them immediately. "Better." He said gasping for breath.
(Heh.)

Kat follows downstairs, tightening her scarf. "You sure?" She asks, still a little worried.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine. I should have drained that deer..." Shadow said catching his breath. "You ready to go?" Shadow said picking up his car keys.

"Yeah, I'm ready." She says, messing with the sleeves on her shirt. "I like your hat~ looks nice." She says noticing it.

"Thanks your sis mad it." Shadow said on his way to the car. He got in and looked to her. "You into retro stuff? Your scarf I mean.." Shadow said pulling out of the driveway. He drove towards a fabric store and parked close to the entrance of the store.
(Bleh)

"Huh? only a little, but this is what my sis made me. What about it?" She asks, getting a bit unsure about wearing her new scarf.

"Nothing I just think it's cool. I used to have a giant jukebox in front of my bed when I was little. Was really into retro." Shadow said sensing the edge in her voice. He got out of the car and began walking up to the store going over how much material he would need. "I'm gonna go find some stuff for my suit, you can go find whatever you want for your dress. The theme is grey and Blue to commemorate the Skippers this year so keep that in Mind. I'll meet you back up here in say...20 minutes?" Shadow asked trying to be detailed so as not to mess anything up.

Kat nods. "Alright, grey and blue, and I'll meet you back here in 20 minutes." She says, taking an end of her scarf and tapping a few tiles on it, making a colorful reminder for herself just cause. "I'll see you then I guess- wait, things went horribly last time I said that..." She continues.
(just went driving around in the ice to get some beer and some faygo :3 frikin laughed the whole way cause that seems to be my response to the car nearly crashing every five seconds XD)

Shadow nodded and scratched his chin. Shadow dug around in his back pack that he had brought to hold the material and such. "If you feel your in a dangerous situation or your about to be, press your thumb on this," Shadow said handing her a slender metal plate. "it'll make a small shield of...something something oxide around you until I can be there. And trust me..when that thing is pressed, I'll know." Shadow said a confident smile on his face. "But that's not going to happen. So don't worry." He said with a wink. With that shadow walked off to find some materials. Shadow gathered some black velvet, and some grey and blue silk. He also grabbed some black grey and blue thread before heading back to the front with a few minutes to spare. He decided to head towards the general direction Kat was finding her quickly. "How's it going love?" Shadow asked repositioning his items in his arms.
(I love how Kat compares rallying people for an assassination to rallying materials for a dress. Tis the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed.)

(XDXDXD I didn't even realize.)
"Alright, thanks." Kat replies, taking the metal plate. "I'll see you in a bit~" She finishes before wandering off to find some fabric.
"Alright, though I'm having some trouble deciding between a few fabrics..." She replies, motioning towards three different fabrics, all different shades of blue. She had some grey fabric under her arm. "ugh, I don't know what to get, what do you think'll be best?"

"Which ever one you decide on." Shadow said with a smirk. "I dunno, personally I don't like this one cuz That's the way your eyes get when your sad...the other two are equally cool to me. We could use both if you like." Shadow said.

"Alright, one down... Er-I still can't decide. I guess we'll use both then." She says, adding the two fabrics to the one she had grabbed already. "this enough?" She asks, holding up the fabric she had gathered, unsure.

"Eh better safe than sorry." Shadow said grabbing some more. He led them up to a register and checked out quickly stuffing all the material in his bag. "See painless though I hate coming into the city. I gotta grab one more thing from the store across the street." He said crossing the road with her. He picked up some light blue and grey hair dye. "Just for fun. You want anything?" Shadow asked on a whim.
(Eh I'm ok. Bored and hungry but hey nothing out of the ordinary.)

"Nah, I'm fine." Katia replies, clearing her scarf with her hand absently as if it were a whiteboard.

Shadow smiles to himself at her fidgeting and checks out quickly. "Alright so now is the fun part." Shadow said as they Got back in the car. He drove home as the sun rose burning shadows hands to a bright red. "I'm not a vampire or anything but I just never went out in the sun like my entire childhood and now if I get in the sun I get sunburned pretty bad." Shadow explained as his knuckles began to blister in the sunlight. He pulled into the drive and Got up prancing upstairs.

Shadow walked to the movie room and set up his sewing machine from the closet in the hall, on the floor. "All right my love. This is the not so fun part. I think I'll go first though if you don't mind. " Shadow said rolling out a measuring tape. He recorded his length from waist to shoulder and so on until he was finished and he looked to Kat, the happiness had left his eyes, unhappy with his 'results'

"Oh, come on, what's wrong." She asks, not loosing her cheer as she sits on the floor.
